This Return and Replacement Policy (“R&R Policy”) is published by YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP, incorporated under the As per Section 23(4) of LLP Act, 2008, with its registered office at Paramount Towers, 15th Road, Khar West, Mumbai 400052 (hereinafter referred to as "YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP" which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, means and includes the designated partners or partner at any time the survivors or survivor of them and the heirs, executors, administrators of the last surviving partner and his or her permitted assigns).

This R&R Policy pertains to the information regarding return and replacement of items or products purchased or bought by any Buyer on the website including mobile site (“BUYSAB Website”), and BUYSAB mobile application (“BUYSAB App”). The BUYSAB Website and the BUYSAB App are hereinafter collectively referred to as “BUYSAB Platform”.

1. Interpretation
For the purpose of this R&R Policy, wherever the context so requires:
The term "User", "You" or “Your” refers to any natural or legal person who has accesses, browses, creates an account and transacts on the BUYSAB Platform. Further, the User shall include the customers who avail the products and services on the BUYSAB Platform (“Buyer”) and the person, entity, enterprise, company, organization, association of individuals that offer products and services on the BUYSAB Platform (“Seller”).
The term "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP including their employees, and staff.
2. Applicability and Acceptance
The BUYSAB Platform may allow for return and replacement of items, products as per the terms set out in this R&R Policy. However, the Buyer agrees that this R&R Policy is subject to the terms of return and replacement as stipulated by the Seller in their policy documents.
The Buyer shall ensure that they review the terms regarding return and replacement as set out by the Seller in his policy documents.
By using the BUYSAB Platform, You are accepting and consenting to the terms of this R&R Policy (the current policy as well as any modifications made to it in the future). If You do not agree, please do not use or access the BUYSAB Platform.
This R&R Policy is incorporated into and subject to the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) between the User and the YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
3. Obligations of the Seller
The return or replacement of items/products are subject to the prescribed time period and other terms and conditions of return and replacement depending on the product category and the policies of the Seller. Hence, the Seller shall provide a clear description of the time period within which request for return and/or replacement can be placed with them and the terms of return and replacement while selling their item/product on the BUYSAB Platform.
4. Return Facility
The Buyers can return the items/products purchased by them to the Seller, under the following circumstances:
The Buyer has received the delivery of a wrong item/product for which the Buyer had not placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer has received the delivery of an item/product which is defective, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer has received the delivery of an item/product in incorrect quantity, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer has received the delivery of an item/product which was damaged during the shipping/transit, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer has received a package but the item/product is missing, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer understands and agrees that the return policy period and other terms and conditions of return depend on the product category and the policies of the Seller. The Buyer shall ensure that they review the terms regarding return and replacement as set out by the Seller in his policy documents.
The Seller may process the refund of the entire amount paid by the Buyer for the item/product that is being returned or provide replacement of the same, subject to their policy.
The return request can be raised on the BUYSAB Platform within the return period applicable to the respective product.
An intimation shall be provided to Seller seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the return request.
In the event, the Seller accepts the return request raised by the Buyer, Buyer will have to return the item/product and then the refund or replacement shall be processed by the Seller.
In case the Seller rejects the return request, Buyer can inform by writing to the Seller.
The Buyer shall be required to be complied with the terms set out in this R&R Policy while seeking return.
The Seller may at his discretion, accept the return irrespective of the policy.
5. Replacement
If at the time of delivery and/or within the applicable return policy period, if the Buyer wants to replace an item/product, then the Buyer of the product/s can ask for replacement of the product/s from the Seller subject to the following terms and conditions:
The Buyers can seek replacement of the items/products purchased by them from the Seller, under the following circumstances:
The Buyer has received the delivery of an item/product which is defective, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer has received the delivery of an item/product which was damaged during the shipping/transit, for which they had placed an order on the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyer understands and agrees that the replacement policy period and other terms and conditions of replacement depend on the product category and the policies of the Seller. The Buyer shall ensure that they review the terms regarding return and replacement as set out by the Seller in his policy documents.
Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with the Seller.
The Buyer can raise a replacement request on the BUYSAB Platform.
An intimation shall be provided to Seller seeking either "approval" or "rejection" of the replacement request.
In case the Seller accepts the replacement request, Buyer shall be required to return the product to the Seller and only after return of the product, Seller shall be obliged to provide the replacement product to the Buyer.
In case the Seller rejects the replacement request, Buyer can inform by writing to the Seller.
In case the Seller doesn't have the product at all, Seller can provide the refund to the Buyer and Buyer shall be obligated to accept the refund in lieu of replacement.
The Buyer shall be required to be complied with the terms set out in this R&R Policy while seeking replacement.
6. Items/Products not eligible for return or replacement
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
An item/product that was ordered by mistake
Damages due to misuse of product;
Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
Any consumable item which has been used/installed;
Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers;
Digital products/services
Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered;
'Made to order' items such as jewellery, innerwear, lingerie, socks, clothing freebies, etc
7. Obligations of the Buyer
The Buyer undertakes to adhere to the following conditions:
Original tags and packaging should be intact.
For items that come in branded packaging, the box should be undamaged.
If the item/product being returned is not in accordance with the above parameters, then Buyer shall not be entitled to any refund of money from the Seller.
8. False Information/Misrepresentation by the User
If YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP has any suspicion or knowledge that any of its Buyers and Sellers are involved in any activity that is intended to provide claims or information that is false or not genuine, YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP may also, while reserving its rights to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against such Buyers and Sellers, at its sole discretion, suspend, block, restrict, cancel the display name of such Buyers and Sellers and/or disqualify that User and any related users from availing the services of the BUYSAB Platform.
The Buyers who have been blocked for any suspicious or fraudulent activity on the BUYSAB Platform will not be allowed to return their products.
YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves its right to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against a User who, files a invalid and/or false claims or provides false, incomplete, or misleading information. Any person who knowingly and with intent to injure, defraud or deceive, files a Fraudulent Complaint containing false, incomplete, or misleading information may be guilty of a criminal offence and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
9. Modifications and alterations
The YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves the right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this R&R Policy, at any time. The User agrees that each time the User accesses the services, the User shall be subject to the then-current terms of this R&R Policy, and continued use of the services on the BUYSAB Platform confirms that the User has read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by such changes, modifications and alterations to the terms of this R&R Policy.
