Any information shared by the User on the BUYSAB Platform is stored, saved and controlled by YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP, which includes but is not limited to:
Personal information of the User such as name, mobile number, email id and other contact details while creating an account on the BUYSAB Platform.
Personal information such as address of the Buyer, for the purposes of delivery.
Information of the Seller regarding their type of business, and other details of the Seller based on the User interface available to them on the BUYSAB Platform.
Financial information of the Buyer such as payment instrument details of debit/credit cards, OTP, etc in order to facilitate payment to the Seller.
Information of bills/invoices provided by the Seller to assist the Seller in maintaining records.
Information regarding the choices of purchase and choices of Sellers made by the Buyer, which helps us personalise and continually improve the Buyer’s shopping experience on the BUYSAB Platform. The received information is used to assist Sellers in handling orders, deliver products and services,, communicate with You about orders, products, services and promotional offers, update our records and generally maintain your accounts with Us, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to You. We also use this information to improve our BUYSAB Platform, prevent or detect fraud or abuses of BUYSAB Platform and enable third parties to carry out technical, logistical or other functions on Our behalf.
Information collected from Your messages in Our Chat sessions or other message areas or feedback received from You, emails or any other correspondence received from You, which is retained to solve issues, answer queries, resolve disputes, provide customer support and handle troubleshoot problems.
Information about the location and Your mobile device, including a unique identifier of the Buyer’s device. This information may also be used for internal analysis and it provides the Buyer with location-based services, such as advertising, search results, and other personalized content.

We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users. This information is compiled and analysed on an aggregated basis. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our Website or not), which URL you next go to (whether this URL is on our Website or not), your computer browser information, and your IP address.
Information provided by the Buyer relating to family, friends and others while gifting them any product or service through BUYSAB Platform.
Information regarding business analytics, which will help the Seller to understand aspects regarding their sales and other important aspects of business.
Information obtained through Web browser or through advertisement or any other content served by or on behalf of YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
Wherever possible, We indicate which information is required and which information is optional. The User may opt not to provide certain information, which is not compulsorily required, but that will restrict the User to take advantages of all our features on the BUYSAB Platform.
4. Security Precautions taken by YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP
The BUYSAB Platform has stringent security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Our control. Whenever You change or access Your account information, we offer the use of a secure server. Once your information is in Our possession we adhere to strict security guidelines, protecting it against unauthorized access, as follows:
We work to protect the security of the User information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input in addition to maintaining security of your information as per the International Standard IS/ISO/IEC 27001 on "Information Technology Security Techniques Information Security Management System-Requirements".
We only reveal the last four digits of customer’s credit card/debit card numbers while confirming the order. However, We are required to transmit the entire card number to the appropriate bank/company during order processing.

7. User Consent to Use of Information
During the usage of the BUYSAB Platform, the User expressly agrees for the use of Your information, which includes sensitive personal information as well, by the BUYSAB Platform and/or YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP.
The User also agrees and consents to Us collecting, storing, processing, transferring and sharing information (including sensitive personal information) related to You with third parties or service providers for the purposes as set out in this Privacy Policy.

We often receive a confirmation when the Buyers open e-mail from YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP/BUYSAB Platform if their computer supports such capabilities. We also compare Our Buyer list to lists received from other companies in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to Our Buyers.

9. Usage of the BUYSAB Platform on Other Devices
It is important for You to protect your account on the BUYSAB Platform against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer/mobile/any other device.
Whenever You access the BUYSAB Platform on a device which does not personally belong to You, the User shall ensure that they sign off/log out from their account, in order to prevent misuse of account information by any unauthorized person. The User agrees that the User is solely responsible for any misuse of account information due to the User’s negligence or failure to sign off/log out from their account on the BUYSAB Platform and the User shall not hold YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP responsible or liable, in any manner, whatsoever.
10. Usage of Your Account on the BUYSAB Platform by other Users, permitted by You
If You allow anyone to use Your account on the BUYSAB Platform, the User agrees that the User is solely responsible for the risk being undertaken and shall not hold YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP responsible or liable, in any manner, whatsoever.
11. Access of BUYSAB Platform by Minors
Any form of access to the BUYSAB Platform is available only to persons who can form a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you may use the BUYSAB Platform only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
12. Modifications and alterations
The YOZEINC TECHNOLOGIES LLP reserves the right to change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, at any time. The User agrees that each time the User accesses the Services, the User shall be subject to the then-current terms of this Privacy Policy, and continued use of the services on the BUYSAB Platform confirms that the User has read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by such changes, modifications and alterations to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
